How it works

1) Request & Chat
Describe your project and align on scope, options, and timing.

Use on‑platform messaging to share details and reference images.

Creators can propose options and pricing tiers when relevant.

2) Quote
Receive a clear quote with price, timeline, and deliverables.

Quote shows base price, any selected options, and estimated completion.

Status updates to Quote Sent.

3) Deposit
Pay a deposit to book the project and start work.

Deposits are charged via Stripe and recorded on your booking.

Before work starts, deposits are fully refundable.

4) Milestones & Progress
Track progress with milestone updates and photos.

Milestones move from Pending to In Progress to Completed and Approved.

Use messages to request revisions when needed.

5) Final Payment
Pay the remaining balance when work is complete.

Tax is calculated on the full agreed service amount. If the final item ships, shipping can be added to the final payment.

Status updates to Paid once processed.

6) Shipping & Delivery
Creators can add tracked shipping for physical items.

Tracking appears on your booking when the item ships.

If an approval window applies, funds may auto‑release after 7 days unless a dispute is opened.

Provide clear references and desired style. Ask about timing and revisions.

Keep all communication on-platform so it is saved with your booking.

Use the booking page to request a refund or open a dispute if needed.

Tips for Creators

Send a clear quote with scope and timeline. Share progress photos at milestones.

Respond within 24–48 hours to maintain momentum and prevent disputes.

Use tracked shipping and keep proof of delivery for chargeback protection.

Common questions

Are deposits refundable?
Before work starts: yes. In progress: partial based on work completed. Completed: typically no refund.
How is tax handled?
Tax is calculated at final payment on the full agreed service amount. Shipping may be taxable depending on your location.
What if the creator becomes unresponsive?
Open a dispute from your booking. If you do not approve delivery within 7 days, funds can auto‑release unless a dispute is open.
Where do I manage bookings?
Go to Dashboard → Bookings to view messages, quotes, payments, and shipping.
